To be nominated, the vga\n arbiter and platform hooks must not have nominated a default. A\n card will then only be nominated if it has a driver attached and\n has IO or memory decoding enabled.\n\n - adds relevant documentation.\n\nThe practical impact of this is improved X autoconfiguration on some\narm64 systems.\n\nChanges in v3:\n\n - Add documentation - thanks Daniel Vetter for pointing it out.\n\n - Clarify explanations.
