Add SKB tracing (which shows now why/where a frame was dropped
in the stack), and also -T for stack trace at each event.

Oh, maybe this shouldn't be here, I think not all kernels support -T,
though I haven't checked now when it was added.

But it was useful for me to figure out where frames are dropped.
