[Lucid] SRU: Lucid update to 2.6.32.48.21 stable release

Please note that "NLM: Don't hang forever on NLM unlock requests"
which we already carry had been placing a new field into the rpc
struct at a different place than the version from upstream.
Currently I changed that patch to just fix up the variable placement.
We could decide to not do that... I would not want to revert and re-
apply it as it was a CVE fix.
