Add support for the Seiko 4.3'' WVGA panel on mx53loco.

By default, the CLAA WVGA panel is selected.

In order to support the Seiko panel, the enviroment variable 'panel' must be
set to 'seiko'.

Changes since v2:
- Simplify lcd detection logic
Changes since v1:
- Allow a single binary to support both CLAA and Seiko panels
