Should this be further amended to be all upper case or all words starting with an upper case character rather than the current random looking collection?

 I wasn't sure whether it was extra emphasis on "NO", and there was no
 other similarly looking message in the file (with ***) so I didn't
 change the casing.

If you feel it's worth the effort, please feel free to rewrite as
"No device available".
