package/flickcurl: remove package

This package is causing some build issues, which are probably due to
the recent libxml2 upgrade:

There has been no new commit upstream for the past 8 years:
https://github.com/dajobe/flickcurl, and the last release, 1.26 is
from 2014. So let's kill the package.
