Spelling corrections for (among other things):

* environment
* override
* variable
* ftd (should be "fdt", for flattened device tree)
* embedded
* FTDI
* emulation
* controller

  the fixes for "controller" here are independent of the previous

  well, of course it should, but i've already started another
repository for more typos so i'll just throw that into the next batch
and let tom apply the patch i sent in. trust me, there's lots more
where that came from.
