v1: minor modifications
CppCMS is a C++ web framework. The cppcms.mk also copy into the host after
staging install two scripts needed when you compile an application using the
web framework (cppcms_tmpl_cc).
As discussed on IRC it's not worth creating an host-cppcms package for one
script.

Hi Guys,

Sorry I made a mistake in the mail subject the first time I sent the patch. But both sent patches (v1) are the same.
I realized that cppcms_run wasn't necessary into the host. Only cppcms_tmpl is, as explained in the commentary.

What do you think about this v1 ?

Thanks a lot,
Nicolas Ménégale.
