Commit 75096579c3ac ("lib: devres: Introduce devm_ioremap_resource()")
introduced devm_ioremap_resource() and deprecated the use of
devm_request_and_ioremap().

It provides a little more information regarding the port and lane number
which might be useful in debugging.

I was not sure about the default error value for port->base, hence I
replicated the old behaviour.
