This eventually faults because we don't have a suitably \nwide mode.\n\nSomewhat surprisingly, the targets are responsible for defining OImode. \nSo this adds it to the RISC-V port as well which trivially fixes the \nICE. The test is limited to rv64 as rv32 doesn't support int128. That \ncould have been handled with a target-supports selector just as easily.\n\nTested on riscv32-elf and riscv64-elf. Both the BPI and Pioneer are \nexperiencing NVME drive failures, so no bootstraps until I figure that \nout.
