    "content": "The 'unwind-link' facility allows glibc to support thread cancellation\nand exit (pthread_cancel, pthread_exiti, backtrace) by dynamically\nloading the  unwind library at runtime, preventing a hard dependency on\nlibgcc_s within libc.so.\n\nWhen building with libunwind (for clang/LLVM toolchains), two assumptions\nin the existing code break:\n\n  1. The runtime library is libunwind.so instead of libgcc_s.so.\n\n  2. libgcc relies on __gcc_personality_v0 to handle unwinding mechanics.\n     libunwind exposes the standard '_Unwind_*' accessors directly.\n\nThis patch adapts `unwind-link` to handle both environments based on\nthe HAVE_CC_WITH_LIBUNWIND configuration:\n\n  * The UNWIND_SONAME macro now selects between LIBGCC_S_SO and\n    LIBUNWIND_SO.\n\n  * For libgcc, it continues to resolve `__gcc_personality_v0`.\n\n  * For libunwind, it instead resolves the standard\n    _Unwind_GetLanguageSpecificData, _Unwind_SetGR, _Unwind_SetIP,\n     and _Unwind_GetRegionStart helpers.\n\n   * unwind-resume.c is updated to implement wrappers for these\n     accessors that forward calls to the dynamically loaded function\n     pointers, effectively shimming the unwinder.\n\nTests and Makefiles are updated to link against `$(libunwind)` where\nappropriate.\n---\n elf/Makefile                    |  2 ++\n misc/unwind-link.c              | 34 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++-\n nptl/pthread_cancel.c           |  2 +-\n nptl/pthread_exit.c             |  2 +-\n shlib-versions                  |  2 ++\n sysdeps/generic/unwind-link.h   | 13 +++++++++++++\n sysdeps/generic/unwind-resume.c | 32 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++\n 7 files changed, 84 insertions(+), 3 deletions(-)",
