This is a fixup for the 2.6.38 kernel, as the issue is being resolved
by upstream commits 699d899560cd7e72da39231e584412e7ac8114a4 and
094a42452abd5564429045e210281c6d22e67fca - which are too invasive
to reach 2.6.38. Instead make pin fixes as a workaround.

Tested-by: Kent Baxley <kent.baxley@canonical.com>
Signed-off-by: David Henningsson <david.henningsson@canonical.com>

Do you think I should send it to stable@kernel.org as well?

Acked-By: Leann Ogasawara <leann.ogasawara@canonical.com>

Applied to Natty master-next.

Hrm, hard to say. Examining Documentation/stable_kernel_rules.txt [1]
I'd say your patch meets the criteria which includes "New device IDs and
quirks are also accepted." and "It or an equivalent fix must already
exist in Linus' tree (upstream).". So maybe try submitting it to
stable. The worst that happens is they say no and life goes on.

Thanks,
Leann
