Enable the CV1800 RTC driver for Milk-V Duo, Milk-V Duo 256M,
and LicheeRV Nano. Remove the board-level sysreset binding on
Milk-V Duo now that the RTC driver binds the sysreset child from
the devicetree node. Reset register access is unchanged here.
