Convert all i.MX93 boards to OF_UPSTREAM.

Add lpi2c2 nodes for imx93-11x11-evk-u-boot.dtsi.
Add usbotg1 nodes in imx93-u-boot.dtsi and board u-boot.dtsi.
The nodes could be removed after upstream linux supports them.
