Hi together,

I recently found an issue where extra C and LD have not been
correctly inserted into final swupdate .config.

Some debugging displayed an interesting behaviour.

When extra config options are written before the defconfig,
they get ignored.

If the defconfig gets written first and extra config options are
appended, they remain after the merge-config.sh call.

Hence I decided to fix this up and wait for feedback.
