[7/7] bsd-user: Remove openbsd directory

The OpenBSD support in the bsd-user fork can't even compile. It is being
removed there. Remove it here as well. If someone wants to revive it,
then I'm happy to help them do so. This hasn't built since the
conversion to meson.
