Move the following instructions to decodetree:
dquai:   DFP Quantize Immediate
dquaiq:  DFP Quantize Immediate Quad
drintx:  DFP Round to FP Integer With Inexact
drintxq: DFP Round to FP Integer With Inexact Quad
drintn:  DFP Round to FP Integer Without Inexact
drintnq: DFP Round to FP Integer Without Inexact Quad
