This patch add support for dumping guest memory using dump-guest-memory
monitor command.

Before patch:

(qemu) dump-guest-memory testcrash
this feature or command is not currently supported
(qemu)

After patch:

(qemu) dump-guest-memory testcrash
(qemu)
