The sender domain has a DMARC Reject/Quarantine policy which disallows sending mailing list messages using the original "From" header. To mitigate this problem, the original message has been wrapped automatically by the mailing list software. Adds support to && operand in DEPENDS. Also, fixes generation of || dependencies by scripts/package-metadata.pl. The precedence order from higher to lower is && then ||. Use of parentheses to change the order is not supported.
