Change the config of the ltq-adsl/ltq-adsl-app packages to match their
VDSL counterparts more closely, and add the dsl_cpe_pipe.sh script for
detailed DSL diagnostics.

Compile-tested: lantiq/ase, lantiq/xway, lantiq/xway_legacy
Run-tested on Fritzbox 7320 (but I can't test it fully, because I don't
have access to an actual ADSL line)
