Thanks to everyone for reviews and discussions! Applied to master. I will update our website to reflect that 2.13 is our new LTS. 2.5 is in a transitional state now. It will be supported until 2.15 released. Maybe a few months longer since we moved LTS a few months after release of 2.14.
