Hi Yann,

I think we should move those patches that is not version specific into a "gettext" directory instead, so we don't have to keep git mv'ing those when adding new versions.

While we are add it, please add a patch header to the patches you know about (at least i suspect you know the reason for the osx patch), then we can better maintain them in the future.
