This allow to use remote wpa/hostapd cli for:
 - hwsim wrapper
 - example test case

Eg.
 modprobe mac80211_hwsim radios=8
 ./run-tests.py -d hwsim0 -d hwsim1 -d hwsim2 -r hwsim3 -r hwsim4 -h ap_wpa2_psk -v
