[gccgo] Remove old reference counting code

Commit Message

Ian Lance Taylor July 23, 2010, 8:34 p.m. UTC
This patch removes the old reference counting code. It never actually
worked, and the new garbage collector code doesn't use it. If we go
back to this approach, it needs to be rewritten anyhow. Committed to
gccgo branch.
