[alpha] : Add alpha.o dependecies

Hello!

Attached patch decleres dependecies for config/alpha/alpha.o.

2013-09-16  Uros Bizjak  <ubizjak@gmail.com>

    * config/alpha/t-alpha: New.
    * config.gcc (alpha*-*-linux*): Add alpha/t-alpha to tmake_file.
    (alpha*-*-freebsd*): Ditto.
    (alpha*-*-netbsd*): Ditto.
    (alpha*-*-openbsd*): Ditto.
    (alpha64-dec-*vms*): Ditto.
    (alpha*-dec-*vms*): Ditto.


Bootstrap on alpha-pc-linux-gnu is in progress.

OK for mainline if bootstrap passes?

I think you would be better off just waiting for the automatic
dependency series to go in.  It ought to happen soon, and I believe it
will remove the need for this patch.
