I got confused because reload1.c had a similar loop which I based mine 
off of (grow_reg_equivs).

Yes, I just noticed as I was testing the patch below.

* trans-mem.c: New typedef for tm_region_p.
	Define vector types for tm_region_p.
	(tm_region_init): Replace region_worklist to a vector called
	bb_regions.
