[v1,2/2] RISC-V: Add test cases for __builtin_add_overflow branch form unsigned SAT_ADD

After we support __builtin_add_overflow  branch form unsigned SAT_ADD
from the middle end.  Add more tests case to cover the functionarlities.

The below test suites are passed.
* The rv64gcv fully regression test.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
