The following amends the {L,R}SHIFT_EXPR documentation with
documentation about the {L,R}ROTATE_EXPR case.

Build on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, pushed.

	* doc/generic.texi ({L,R}ROTATE_EXPR): Document.
