No functional changes.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* gcc-interface/decl.cc (gnat_to_gnu_entity): Do not check the
	scope of anonymous access Itypes.
	* gcc-interface/trans.cc (Identifier_to_gnu): Do not translate
	the return type of a subprogram here.
