Hi,
this patch implements stremaing for poly int.

Bootstrapped/regtested x86_64-linux, OK?

gcc/ChangeLog:

2020-10-02  Jan Hubicka  <hubicka@ucw.cz>

	* data-streamer-in.c (streamer_read_poly_int64): New function.
	* data-streamer-out.c (streamer_write_poly_int64): New function.
	* data-streamer.h (streamer_write_poly_int64): Declare.
	(streamer_read_poly_int64): Declare.
