Hi,

This patch moves D-specific tree lowering parts to its own file.

Bootstrapped and regression tested on x86_64-linux-gnu/-m32/-mx32,
committed to mainline.

	* Make-lang.in (D_OBJS): Add d-gimplify.o.
	* d-lang.cc (empty_modify_p): Move to d-gimplify.cc.
	(d_gimplify_expr): Likewise.

	* d-gimplify.cc: New file.
