This AI refines AI12-0074 to disallow cases of potential de-initializing
of out parameters.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* sem_res.adb (Resolve_Actuals): Refine 6.4.1 rules as per
	AI12-0377.
