Convert the non-SMD Regulators  bindings to dt-schema and remove the
old text based bindings now we have migrated all the content.

following warnings. Consider if they are expected or the schema is
incorrect. These may not be new warnings.

Note that it is not yet a requirement to have 0 warnings for dtbs_check.

Ah, the 'regulators' node for the parent should reference this schema.
