In order to replace the fsl,scu txt file from bindings/arm/freescale,
we need to split it between the right subsystems. This patch documents
separately the 'rtc' child node of the SCU main node.

Since there is no NXP maintainer for the i.MX rtc drivers,
I took whoever was in the MAINTAINERS file.

I had a chat with Aisheng Dong and he is OK being mentioned
as maintainer for all the binding docs related to SCU, not just this
one.

I'll send a new version.
