v6: new patch, separate from driver changes to avoid a checkpatch warning
    IDs are changed a lot due to SCU divider/gate/mux are merged into
    one general SCU clock and LPCG clocks are moved out.

Applied to clk-next

Please send these at the start of the series in the future. That way
platform maintainers can merge the first few binding patches into their
tree and not drag in the driver code to their arm-soc pulls.
