Fix indentation in std::basic_filebuf member functions

There's some weird indentation in <bits/fstream.tcc> with lines that
start with a single space, followed by tabs.

	* include/bits/fstream.tcc (basic_filebuf::xsgetn)
	(basic_filebuf::xsputn, basic_filebuf::seekoff): Fix indentation.

Committed to trunk.
