This is optimized strcmp for Power7

Optimization is achieved on 8 byte aligned strings with double word
comparison using cmpb instruction. On unaligned strings loop unrolling
is applied for Power7 gain.

Hi Vidya,

Path looks good, however you forgot to add a ChangeLog.  Also one typo below.
Please send the CL entry that will push upstream.
