fixed typos in "NEWS for version 2.32" (v2)

Hi,

I resubmit that patch to the list since the original mail (patch 40224)
was ill-formed. Hopefully this one will be good. Florian, please could
you confirm your positive review, so that I can push it using git-pw?

thank you, here is a v3 with that double space (there are plenty of places
in NEWS where the double space is missing, but that could be a separate
patch if needed).
