[tpmdd-devel,v2] Add "shutdown" to "struct class".

The TPM class has some common shutdown code that must be executed for
all drivers. This adds some needed functionality for that.

(In addition, update a comment to reflect an out-of-date path.)

What changed from v1?  Always put that below here.

And if you can also show how this will be used, that would be great, I
don't want to add new apis with no users.
