Looking at the commit, it seems that it can instead be replaced with arm-wrs-vxworks7, however this target doesn't pass selftests due to an unrecognized CPU (PR 95420). Nor does the previous default CPU work either (arm-wrs-vxworks7OPT-with-cpu=arm8) as it requires the VSB_DIR environment variable to be set, even if -nostdinc is used (I think I see where the dependency is coming from though, so could submit another patch to plug that).
