[U-Boot,v2,3/3] mxs: generalize code for print_cpuinfo()

The information now is gathered from HW_DIGCTL_CHIPID register and
includes the revision of the chip on the output.

No, you are printing CPU: Freescale i.MX28 1.2 at rev454 MHz, which is
very confusing.

Correct is: CPU: Freescale i.MX28 rev1.2 at 454 MHz
