Also, please fix the checkpatch.pl --strict warnings

This is still not working as well as you think it is. You should

Why?

How could a RTC driver depend on clock driver or clock bindings? This
looks wrong and it prevents your driver being merged via easy path.

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand offset callbacks.
Do you mean that this function needs to be executed periodically.

How? This is really unusual. Just to remind: we talk about build
dependencies. Other do not matter for new drivers, right? Otherwise what
is being broken and how it could be even broken?
