Changes in V2:
 * move all CCM "debug" to the "trace" framework for i.MX6UL
 * remove unecessary breaks
 * prevent g_assert_not_reached triggered by guest.
 * Add assert to help static analyzer.
 * use FIELD_EX32 from hw/registerfields.h instead of defining my own.
