[v5,14/14] tests: add TPM-CRB sysbus tests for aarch64

- Factor out common test code from tpm-crb-test.c -> tpm-tests.c
- Store device addr in `tpm_device_base_addr` (unify with TIS tests)
- Add new tests for aarch64
