PHB4 and PHB5 are very similar. Use the PHB4 models with some minor
adjustements in a subclass for P10.

This except will need rework after all the changes we've done in the pnv-phb4 codebase.
We don't have PnvPhb4PecStack anymore, the order/place in which we create the devices
and realize them are all different, etc.
