Follow the inclusive terminology from the "Conscious Language in your
Open Source Projects" guidelines [*] and replace the word "blacklist"
appropriately.

Since it's used as a verb in the comment, I'd rather say something like this 
here:

     /* default set of syscalls that should get blocked */

... "denylist" still does not sound like a verb to me.
