[v4,15/19] Boot Linux Console Test: add a test for ppc64 + pseries

Just like the previous tests, boots a Linux kernel on a ppc64 target
using the pseries machine.

Again this should use the primary Fedora download URL rather than a
specific mirror. I wont repeat again for later patches.
