[OpenWrt-Devel] Ext LNA patch for TUBE2H and HORNET-UB targets

John,

Could you please review and upstream these patches for Alfa Networks
HORNET UB and TUBE2H in OpenWRT BB and Trunk ?

They fix the ext LNA enabling problem that caused the lack of RX
sensitivity on these platforms.
