Update the NEWS and faq now that we will support up to Linux kernel
5.9.

There should be a new line with 2.15.x or 2.14.90.

Thanks for the review Ilya.  I will incorporate this suggestion
and your comments regarding acinclude position within the patch
series into the next version.  I'll also add Tonghao's acks.
