This series alters existing shell-tests to always just return 0
if they should pass.

Doing this also uncovered a bug in an existing case that
failed way too early (and passed without actually testing what it was
supposed to test).

First patch adds a bug reproducer from Taehee Yoo.

I've decided to not rename the tests we have, its just useless noise.
